Wrap-up: December 2025

Summer has arrived in the Hunter Valley - and we are LOVING IT! Lush landscapes, gentle afternoon breezes, epic golden hours, and artisan gelato on tap create the ultimate setting for wedding bliss at our venue. We’re looking forward to hosting so many love-filled celebrations here in the coming months. A huge thank you to the wonderful couples we worked with this year and an equally heartfelt thank you to the incredibly talented vendors who helped make it all happen. Wishing everyone a safe, happy, and relaxing holiday season.

See you in 2026 x

Shayarne and Michael’s terracotta-meets-baby blue wedding styling in early December was EVERYTHING (and more!). Their setup in our sandstone fireplace was one of many standouts on the day, featuring a vibrant mix of pale peach roses, toffee-toned orchids, earthy bleached amaranthus, and burnt orange anthurium. An equally eclectic mix of white Moroccan pots and beige taper candles added drama and texture too. Not pictured: the pillowy blue hydrangeas hanging from the chapel’s corner beams. These were picked from the couple’s own flower farm! Speechless.

It’s no surprise we’re completely taken with this Hollywood rain-kiss moment from Georgia and Nick’s wedding. It’s pure magic! Photos from their November nuptials landed in our inbox at the start of the month, and we still can’t pick a favourite. Every single image captures the hallmarks of a truly memorable celebration - classic white florals, lots of twinkly lights, and post ‘I Do’ joy so vivid you can almost feel it! Keep an eye on our socials for more from this dreamy gallery.

Speaking of galleries we can’t get enough of… Adria and Scott’s is also divine! With a cute pooch, a fun-loving bridal party, and masses of pretty pastel flowers, their wedding was the perfect mix of Saturday night energy and ‘rest of your life’ romance. We’re obsessed with every detail and feel so privileged to have been part of this milestone day. A big thank you to these gorgeous newlyweds for choosing our venue.

Drum roll, please… According to the world-renowned design creatives at Pantone, ‘Cloud Dancer’ is set to be the ‘It’ colour for 2026. Soft, serene and ethereal, this hue offers a palette of billowy white neutrals that are perfect for both minimalist and opulent wedding styling. Next year, expect to see lots of floaty linens, pared-back tablescapes, and timeless white florals. It’s all about a calm, airy sophistication!
