From a sleek vintage car and insta-worthy champagne tower to that STUNNING bouquet, we’re not-so-quietly obsessed with every little detail of Shayarne and Michael’s wedding. The bold florals, floaty linen drapery and golden flickers of candlelight emerging from the stone fireplace transformed our barrel room into living, breathing art. And the visionaries behind this dreamy aesthetic? Some of the Hunter Valley’s best vendors, all of which are listed below! This was such a beautiful way to start the summer season and we wish these gorgeous newlyweds every happiness.

Pops of baby blue also added a touch of whimsy to Amy and Mackenzie’s wedding. The team here at Peppers Creek cannot get enough! These two were the epitome of joy on their big day, and their photos - unsurprisingly - are just as vivid and captivating. We don’t think our venue has ever looked so heavenly either, with pastel skies, lush greenery and an overflowing jasmine vine archway creating the perfect Tuscan-style escape. Keen to see more? It’s also the season for epic bridal parties! High-energy and heartfelt, they’re the ultimate vibe curators/party starters/memory-makers all rolled into one. We love bearing witness to all the fun and hype they bring to weddings here at Peppers Creek, as well as the genuine support they provide to our newlyweds.

Our doors opened on January 18 for the second installment of ‘Say I Do' Wedding Expo: Hunter Valley edition. What a huge, fun and love-filled day! The team chatted to 500-odd lovely humans who made a stop at our iconic venue. We may have also indulged in more gelato than we’re proud to admit… A big, big thank you to everyone involved - from the cakemakers, musicians, celebrants and other talented vendors who joined us onsite, to all the friendly couples (both familiar and new!) who allowed us to share in their excitement and planning. A special shoutout to The Event Artists for this enchanting, earthy-hued setup. So romantic!

January is generally a quieter month, which gives us time to look back and reminisce on memorable past weddings at Peppers Creek Barrel Room and Chapel. While it’s impossible to pick just one standout, we will forever be taken with Georgia and Nick’s Hollywood rain-kiss moment from November. It’s pure magic!
