For once, we are (almost!) completely lost for words. October 2025 was filled with gorgeous weddings, gorgeous couples, and some of the most breathtaking natural scenery. Captivating!

ONE
Could this be any cuter?! Hayden and Lizzie’s sweet pup whizzed down the aisle on a mini motorised car in the couple’s spring nuptials at Peppers Creek. Our sandstone chapel was also filled with masses of sunshine yellow flowers during the intimate ceremony, transforming this space into an enchanted wild garden. With twinkly lights and an insta-worthy champagne tower at their reception, it was a celebration as beautiful and joyful as the newlyweds themselves. What a way to kick off the month!

Equally stunning was Tashayla and Brandon’s wedding. Featuring a show-stopping multi-tier cake, dreamy neon sign and florals in the prettiest shade of pink, it was MADE for an editorial feature! We also loved the cluster of glass hurricane candles at the front of our stone fireplace, which complemented the couple’s timeless styling and added to the day’s classic, romantic feel. A feature on our increasingly popular shared feasting option is now live on the blog! Food is one of our love languages here at Peppers Creek, and the privilege of contributing to a couple’s special day is never lost on us. We also believe that a thoughtful, personalised wedding reception is key to creating an extraordinary experience for all. Our innovative Head Chef makes everything from scratch (you won’t find a single tin or bottle in his kitchen!) and our dining packages have all been designed with quality and flexibility in mind. October is often the busiest month at Peppers Creek - and it’s not hard to understand why! Photos from Brittany and Thomas’ romantic ‘I dos’ are further proof that spring weddings just hit different here in the Hunter Valley. The team is obsessed with every single detail of the couple’s lavish fairytale, from their iconic entrance by way of old-fashioned black London taxicab to the bride’s earthy terracotta bouquet and an epic fireworks display post-reception. Not pictured: a miraculous double rainbow that appeared over our barrel room during golden hour. Mesmerising! A huge thank you to all the talented vendors that contributed to the magic.

‘We recently got married at Peppers Creek with help from Jordan and the team at Wedding Road. It was the best day!
