Rebecca and Junior embraced the warmth of autumn with a cosy ceremony in our sandstone chapel, perfectly framed by a nest of earthy-toned flowers and textured foliage. These opulent-yet-ethereal sculptural elements were beautifully woven throughout every moment of the couple’s wedding and perfectly echoed the moody feel of the season. A vision! Thank you to all the exceedingly talented local vendors who helped bring it to life, and a big, big congratulations to the lovely couple. We can’t wait to see more pics!

A day so truly unforgettable we had to feature it twice! The team at Peppers Creek especially can’t get enough of bride Rebecca’s bouquet. The organic shape? Wild-garden whimsy. Sandy beige roses and pops of deep burgundy? Eye-catching. A sprinkling of delicate foliage? Subtle and elegant. It was Pinterest-worthy inspo - an exquisite seasonal homage. Bring on the changing leaves and rich, rustic colours!

It’s also the season of epic golden hours! Autumn’s soft light lends itself beautifully to dreamy, cinematic outdoor portraits. Admittedly, we’re a little biased but we think our fiery merlot vines compliment this kind of atmospheric magic too. Peppers Creek is in the heart of the Hunter Valley and its natural surrounds are renowned for their quiet beauty - especially at this time of year. Every part of our venue invites you to slow down and embrace the intimacy and old-world romance. It may be an unpopular opinion, but we also believe that your wedding venue matters more than anything else. It sets the tone, shapes the experience and forms the backdrop of every memory.

While we LOVE hosting weddings here at Peppers Creek, we also enjoy hosting other events of all shapes and sizes. Earlier this month, our barrel room was the setting for a big, bold 50th birthday celebration. So much fun! Whether you’re planning a corporate milestone dinner, a lavish and luxurious hens’ weekend or an intimate, private farewell, Peppers Creek’s natural scenery and versatile spaces are ideal. (Double rainbow sometimes included, depending on the day!).
