Wrap-up: March 2026

There’s something special about autumn weddings - opulent, rustic, moody and atmospheric. And the season has only just begun!

See you all in April x

ONE

We’re not-so-quietly obsessed with jewel tones, especially at this time of year! From deep burgundy and ruby red to turquoise, sapphire and forest green, Sakshi and George’s colour palette was rich, diverse and incredibly striking. These vibrant hues defined the couple’s wedding day, beautifully woven throughout every moment of the intimate chapel ceremony and rustic barrel room reception. They also mirrored the newlyweds’ energy - unapologetically electric, radiant, and full of life. A huge congratulations to Sakshi and George! It was a privilege to be part of your milestone ‘I dos’.

TWO

Love (and brilliant colours!) filled the air this March. Holly and Ben’s wedding was no exception, bursting with pastel blooms, a signature champagne tower and unmatched, authentic joy from a lovely couple. It was definitely one to remember! Of course, none of this magic would be possible without a dedicated and passionate team of local vendors. We’re truly spoiled for choice in the Hunter Valley. A big shoutout to Crottison, Marry Me Cupid, Peggy Mae Floral Design, Abbie Scott, Taylor Beck, Antdrumz, Marcia’s Creations, and Willow & White Bridal. It takes a village!

THREE

There’s a bit of a theme emerging here… Quintessential idyllic ceremony in the vines by day, epic technicolour celebration by night! Zara and Rocky’s big day is proof that weddings can have both deeply romantic, intimate vibes AND rave-like party vibes. Their vivid ‘happily ever after’ unfolded like a storybook, painted in bright, everlasting colour. Keep an eye on our socials for more pics.

FOUR

Pash & Dash elopements at Peppers Creek Chapel and Barrel Room: Always elegant, always memorable. Sometimes embracing the quiet luxury of our historic venue means stepping away from the noise and ditching the bold for the classically beautiful. We’re all about hosting weddings of all shapes and sizes here, and love that no two are ever the same! Pash & Dash are THE go-to experts when it comes to planning intimate and deeply personal ‘I dos’. They’re cosy, romantic, and a space where every detail feels intentional.

FIVE

Jessica’s recent 5-star review put big smiles on our faces!

We had our wedding back in December 2025 at Peppers Creek, and we are so happy we chose this venue! It has a beautiful chapel and reception space, especially for smaller weddings like ours (50 people). The team were very responsive and organised, and the food was delicious. The wines were also some of our favourites from the Hunter Valley, which was important to us as wine lovers!”
