From dreamy styling and dreamy couples to refreshing cocktails, vintage cars and fireworks, this summer has been just wonderful. Definitely one for the books! As always, a huge thank you to all the talented vendors who worked with us - your contributions to so many Hunter Valley ‘happily ever afters’ are invaluable.

ONE
Swapping ‘I dos’ in front of our iconic barrel room elephant doors? GENIUS. Angela and Jaime’s intimate, sun-soaked ceremony was as beautiful as it was unique and memorable. Their indoor reception was equally stunning, with pastel lemony florals, a giant glowing love sign nestled in our stone fireplace and twinkly fairy lights strewn across the exposed timber beams. A shoutout to groom Jaime’s fun Akubra too!

Naomi and Edgardo’s full wedding gallery landed in our inbox at the start of the month and our jaws are still on the floor! We’re a bit lost for words, actually… A neutral colour palette with bold pops of burgundy, French provincial olive velvet lounges and an epic champagne tower made for a very special day (and gorgeous photos as well!). Bonus - our venue has also never looked better! Newlyweds Naomi and Edgardo celebrated their love with picture-perfect couple shots throughout all corners of Peppers Creek. Our blossoming jasmine arch in front of the sandstone chapel, enchanting tall tree forest and lush botanical courtyard are mesmerizing backdrops - whether in the afternoon sun, just after dusk or under a star-studded evening sky.

What are people to do when temps are scorching? Enjoy our seasonal cocktail menu, of course! There were two definite standouts this summer at Peppers Creek - the aptly named ‘Something Blue’ and ‘Apple of my Eye’. We love a theme here! These crowd favourites aren’t going anywhere any time soon…

While we obviously LOVE hosting weddings, we feel equally honoured to be the chosen venue for other events in the Hunter Valley. Whether you’re planning a corporate milestone reception, an indulgent and luxurious hens weekend or a small, private farewell, Peppers Creek’s natural scenery and versatile chapel and barrel room are ideal for events of all shapes and sizes.

Shayarne + Michael’s recent review hit us right in the feels. Such a vibrant, lovely couple and their modern maximalist wedding - unsurprisingly - completely blew up our socials!
“Our wedding was almost 3 months ago now, but we still have so many people talking about how amazing the day was and how they wish they could do it again! We loved every second of it! The food and drink were amazing, the crew were incredible, and everything looked stunning. Thank you so much to co-owner Jade who did our flowers and styling. They were impeccable and more than I could have ever hoped for. And thank you to the wonderful onsite wedding coordinators from Wedding Road, Katie, Emily and Jordan, who were outstanding! Having them in the lead up and also on the day made everything run so smoothly so we could just soak it all in and enjoy. We cannot thank Peppers Creek enough for giving us a day that will stay with us forever.”
