This is a very special edition, featuring a handful of the most inspiring and effortlessly beautiful spring weddings we’ve had the privilege of hosting over the years. As we say goodbye to winter, our team is excited by everything this new season brings to the Hunter Valley - longer sunny days, rolling emerald hills, lush vineyards and vibrant blooms in every shade. It’s the perfect time to experience the region at its most breathtaking!

These two are the kind of vibrant, lovely and completely infectious humans you can’t help but adore. Their laughter? Uproarious. Their love? Magnetic. Their wedding at Peppers Creek? Total perfection. We loved every aspect of this epic day, especially the styling! Sage has rightfully earned its place as the ultimate, enduring neutral of the colour world and its soft romance was on full display throughout the couple’s reception in our barrel room. It’s no surprise these divine muted greens top spring wishlists year after year… so dreamy!

October 2025: Hayden & Lizzie
Wrapped in yellow, this wedding was a vibe! Sunny hues touched every corner of the Peppers Creek chapel, creating a cottage garden feel with a vividness and joy that came alive in every photo. The absolute highlight of the ceremony? The couple’s cuter-than-a-button puppy, who delivered their rings in a mini motorised car! This spectacular spring celebration proved that timeless romance and playful whimsy make the perfect pair.

November 2024: Isabella and Matt
Bursting like a newly formed rainbow, this wedding was a love letter to the season of colour! Fragrant flowers in pastel blues, bright oranges, pinks, ruby reds and corals filled the Tuscan-style barrel room, beautifully illuminated by a warm canopy of twinkling fairy lights. Magic! A big shoutout to Isabella and Matt’s talented team of vendors. Couples looking to tie the knot are spoilt for choice in this little pocket of the world!

October 2025: Adria and Scott
Pretty in pink! With a delicate blush colour palette, this wedding was the epitome of spring romance. From heartfelt storytelling during the intimate sandstone chapel ‘I dos’ to an endless golden hour filled with drinks, gourmet canapes and dancing, every moment was bliss. We even had a guest appearance from the couple’s sweet pup (we love pets here at Peppers Creek!).
