Wedding season has finally arrived, and we are thrilled! There’s nothing like sharing in the joy and excitement of our couples as they step into their post-’I do’ chapters here at Peppers Creek Barrel Room and Chapel. This month’s wrap-up is an official love letter to our newlyweds and the captivating, vibrant colours that make spring weddings in the Hunter Valley so undeniably magical.

It wouldn’t be spring without pastel flowers - and masses of them! This statement installation for Hayden and Jessica’s ceremony in our sandstone chapel was so, so dreamy. The talented team at The Bloom Folk selected a delicate mix of daisies, orchids, peachy pink chrysanthemums and dusty mauve roses for the mismatched plinths, while scattered petals in similar sunset hues gave the entire space an enchanted garden feel.

A moment for this vivid, pink-veined foliage! Harry and Grace’s two-toned tablescapes were fresh and richly textured, featuring these variegated beauties alongside soft magenta orchids for a modern romantic look. White taper candles, pears and plump green olives complemented this aesthetic beautifully. The ultimate pairing of lush botanicals and seasonal fruit! 🌸🍐

It also wouldn’t be a spring wedding without the ambient glow of twinkling fairy lights. As dusk fell over Peppers Creek, Adria and Scott’s reception came alive! Blush and apricot roses softened the rustic lines of our barrel room, topped off with a classic champagne tower flowing into the evening. An epic, editorial-worthy celebration!
