Wrap-up: June 2025
With zero humidity, improved vendor availability and a European summer honeymoon beckoning, there are many Peppers Creek weddings to look forward to during these traditionally quieter months. Our stone fireplace is roaring and Chef Lee’s melt-in-your-mouth lamb shanks are calling. Bon appétit!

Peak wedding season for 2024/25 may have come to an end but there’s no shortage of wedding galleries flying into our inbox! We’re low-key OBSESSED with pics of Chloe and Jak’s recent nuptials at Peppers Creek, which featured a big bouquet of ivory roses for the stunning bride, vintage velvet furniture and fairy lights in the barrel room, and the most breathtaking backlit couple shot in the rain. Quintessential winter romance! These loved-up newlyweds were one of several couples to say ‘I do’ at our Dash Day event in May - a collaboration with Pash & Dash that brings together an expert team of vendors for all-inclusive intimate elopements (in our iconic venue, of course!). Keep an eye on our socials for details of the next epic installment in November…

Raise your hand if sorting out the financial aspects of a wedding makes you feel a bit overwhelmed… Completely normal in our experience! Another real-life budget breakdown is now live on the blog to help guide you. This time, we’re featuring Rachel and Cahal’s lavish New Year’s Eve celebration, which included a bubble-blowing fairy, tractor rides, a post-reception fireworks display and bridal party entrance via helicopter. Huge! The fun-loving couple also opted for a ton of in-house upgrades to make their day extra special. While these additions bumped up the overall price and ensured their rustic-meets-opulence wedding was a little more on the opulent side, the Peppers Creek team really want to stress that grand-scale, elaborate events - as beautiful and memorable as they are - are by no means the only option at our venue. Our dedicated onsite wedding coordinators will always work within your budget to create something even dreamier than you imagined.

This 5-star review from sweet newlyweds Camila and Conor was definitely a highlight of our month. We never tire of hearing positive feedback from our couples - it’s one of the many privileges of our job!
‘From the moment we visited Peppers Creek, we knew it was the one! The location is absolutely stunning and having the barrel room just a short walk from the chapel made everything so convenient, especially for our guests. Staff were also incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process and on the day itself. The food and beverages were amazing, as was the unique and rustic reception space. The setup was really customisable too, which allowed us to bring our vision to life. It was the perfect venue for the relaxed, beautiful wedding we had in mind.’

Don’t mind us, we’re just picking our jaws off the floor after seeing pics of this otherworldly floral fantasy created by The Abstract Florist. It’s absolute heaven! Our chapel has never looked more ethereal - like an enchanted winter fairy garden. A big shoutout to the talented artists, as well as Maison Paper for the dreamy drapery.

Our jaws are still on the floor. Just look at these earthy, sunset-toned florals for our first Pash & Dash elopement in June! There was a little rain for Kat and Craig’s intimate ‘I dos’ (which only added to the cosy, romantic vibes!) and an abundance of ivory, peach and terracotta roses everywhere you looked. Did we mention the glass hurricane candles? Enough to light up the entire Hunter Valley night sky! The team at Sage Blossoming really is extraordinary, renowned for their wild and luxe style.
